What about having four people go so that two can jug the lines and start up the next pitch?
Everyone should get on this list: www.noseinaday.com

I think four is a bad idea, and I'm only Hans's brother. I climb about one day on average per year.
three is key like vodka and mint tea.

I just got back from Mt Kenya.
In the Alpine environment on a bigwall the real trick is to be flexible, no matter how many are in the party. We had three and switched from one following on TR and one jugging to both jugging, and sometimes both following.- the terrain and snow or cold conditions dictated which method worked best, ( fastest).

2 or 3 on aid
Three people is faster when there is tons of nailing for the follower to clean. - Meaning the third can jug the trail line while the second is cleaning, thus quickly getting the leader going again while waiting for the second to clean. Other wise- any aid pitch that is fast to clean should stick with a team of two.
